Israeli Chef Yoram Nitzan has opened nomi at the Intercontinental David Tel Aviv. The restaurant highlights flavors indigenous to Israeli cuisine while incorporatinig seasonal ingredients. Chef Nitzan’s menu showcases meat, fish and vegetarian dishes that represent modern fine kosher dining. Chef Nitzan was previously head chef at Mul Yam and Bindella in Tel Aviv.
