DESCRIPTION:Beth Tfiloh Congregation’s brotherhood will host a “Kosher Exotic Animal BBQ” open to all. This BBQ will serve kosher animals that some people have never tried before — Bison\, Venison\, Oxtail\, Quail\, Pheasant\, Duck and Squab. The brotherhood will also have hot dogs and hamburgers\, salad\, fries\, sodas\, wine\, beer and a dessert. \nDuck Lef Confit (File photo)\n\nAll of the meat is certified kosher by either Star-K or the OU\, and will be barbecued at BT\, 3300 Old Court Road\, under the supervision of Pikesville synagogue’s kosher supervisor\, David Schwartz.\nThe cost per plate of exotic meats is $150\, and includes 1 adult ticket to the BBQ.
