DESCRIPTION:Art with a Heart will present its 25th anniversary celebration at the M&T Bank Exchange at the France-Merrick Performing Arts Center (home of the Hippodrome Theatre\, at 401 W Fayette Street). \nThis “colorful cocktail” evening will feature heavy hors d’oeuvres and dinner stations from Rouge Fine Catering and an open bar. There will also be a silent auction of one- of-a-kind masks created by Baltimore artists\, immersive art stations and dancing to live music by Spectrum\, a band renowned for its high energy\, audience engagement and fusion of musical genres. \n“We hope you will join the Art with a Heart community as it celebrates its 25th anniversary! Please join for the inaugural “Jazz on the Edge” concert on Saturday\, March 29\, 2025 at 7pm featuring critically acclaimed musician Warren Wolf. \nInternational touring musician Warren Wolf will perform in the evening! This multi-instrumentalist (vibraphone/marimba\, drum set/percussion\, and the piano/keyboards) has made ten recordings and has performed or recorded with Wynton Marsalis and The Lincoln Center Jazz Orchestra\, Cyrus Chestnut\, Kevin Eubanks and many more. \nThis new festival provides the opportunity for high school jazz students from all over Maryland to come together to meet and learn from music professionals through clinics\, competition\, and a master class.
