Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a mixer, whip the egg whites with the sugar until the mixture is white and fluffy. Add almond flour and salt. Mix until a sticky dough is formed. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Put parchment paper on a baking sheet.
From the cooled dough, create small balls and place on the baking sheet. Leave room between them.
Cook 15-20 minutes. The cookies are ready once they are evenly golden.
Take them out of the oven and cool down for 20 minutes.
