Mince the black beans until smooth, you can use a blender or use a hand- held masher. Add all the rest of the ingredients and mix until combined.
Cover and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours to 24 hours
In a large skillet, spray with olive oil and turn up the heat to medium.
Form 4 even patties and cook in a large skillet with a thin coat of olive oil, approximately 4 minutes on each side.
Gently flip them and sear for about 4 minutes on each side.
Fix the patties on a plate and serve with a side salad or with the usual burger fixings and a bun.
