Ingredients
  

  • 6 oz. butter melted
  • 3 tbs. all-purpose flour
  • 3 cups whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 6 large eggs
  • 6 cups corn kernels

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter and flower together for 4-5 minutes. Add cream, sugar and salt.
  • Whisk together eggs, cream and butter.
  • Gradually add sugar mixture, whisking until smooth; stir in corn.
  • Pour into a lightly greased oblong baking dish.
  • Bake at 350 F for 45-60 minutes or until golden brown and set.
