Ingredients

shredded cabbage
(or 1 bag pre-shredded coleslaw)

carrot
shredded

scallions
chopped

cup
slivered roasted almonds
1/3
cup
toasted sunflower seeds
For Dressing:
1/4
cup
olive oil
1/4
cup
coconut sugar
(or regular sugar)
1/4
cup
red wine vinegar
4-5
Tablespoons
coconut aminos
(or soy sauce)
Salt and pepper
Instructions
Combine the veggies in a large salad bowl and thoroughly mix the dressing in a sealed jar.
The dressing can be prepared in advance and used on the salad just before serving.
Taste the dressing before you use it and adjust for taste, it might need more oil, vinegar, or salt.
