Mix the first 6 ingredients until all ingredients are incorporated.
Add the dry ingredients, and mix them all in. You might want to use your hands at some point as it gets harder to use a spoon. You should have a smooth dough-like mixture. Take care not to over mix.
Let the dough rest for 15 minutes.
Form 1” balls and roll them in powdered sugar.
Arrange on a pan lined with parchment paper and bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
Take out of the oven and cool.
