Nutella
1
cup
flour
sifted

white chocolate
1/2
cup
hazelnuts
toasted
vanilla salt
optional
Instructions
Whisk the egg and sugar into a smooth mixture.
Add Nutella and combine well (If the Nutella’s texture is stiff, try warming it in the microwave to smoothen it before adding it to the mixture.)
Roughly chop the white chocolate and roasted hazelnuts and add them to the mixture.
Sift in the flour and shape into a unified dough.
Create dough balls using your hands or a cookie scooper and arrange on a tray with parchment paper.
Leave space between the cookies as they will flatten and expand while baking.
Sprinkle each cookie ball with coarse vanilla salt (optional)
Bake in a 350 degree preheated oven for 10-12 minutes.
Let the cookies cool before removing them from the tray.
