Ingredients
3-4
cups
shredded fresh carrots (about 8 whole carrots)
using a grater, store bought or shred soft strips with a peeler
For the Dressing:

Tablespoons
lemon juice

Tablespoons
sugar
3
Tablespoons
regular mayonnaise
1/4
teaspoons
salt
Instructions
Add carrots to a large bowl.
Combine the dressing ingredients in a small container.
Pour dressing over the carrots and mix thoroughly.
Store in a tightly covered container in the refrigerator.
