Chilled Pineapple and Mango Soup

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup kiwis
  • 2 cups mangos (cubed)
  • 2 cups pineapple (diced)
  • 2 tbs. honey (to taste)
  • 2 tbs. fresh mint whole leaves (for garnish) 


Instructions
 

  • Puree kiwi, mango and pineapple in a food processor until smooth.
  • Add honey and continue to puree.
  • Pass puree through a fine mesh strainer.
  • Chill until ready to serve, and garnish with fresh mint leaves (optional).
