
Chilled Pineapple and Mango Soup

Ingredients
- 1 cup kiwis
- 2 cups mangos (cubed)
- 2 cups pineapple (diced)
- 2 tbs. honey (to taste)
- 2 tbs. fresh mint whole leaves (for garnish)
Instructions
- Puree kiwi, mango and pineapple in a food processor until smooth.
- Add honey and continue to puree.
- Pass puree through a fine mesh strainer.
- Chill until ready to serve, and garnish with fresh mint leaves (optional).
