chicken
rotisserie, cooked and cooled
1/2
tsp.
salt
1/2
tsp.
pepper
1
tsp.
rosemary
1
tsp.
sage
1/2
lemon
squeezed
1
onion
minced

Tbsp.
butter
3
Tbsp.
mayonnaise
Instructions
Remove skin from chicken.
Pull meat off chicken and chop into small pieces and place in a bowl.
In a frying pan, place butter and onion. Sauté until translucent.
Place onion and remaining ingredients in the bowl with the chicken. Mix until well blended.
Notes
Serve on your favorite bread. Add a slice of really good extra sharp cheddar cheese to make it special.
