
Kirks Chicken Salad

Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken rotisserie, cooked and cooled
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. rosemary
- 1 tsp. sage
- 1/2 lemon squeezed
- 1 onion minced
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Instructions
- Remove skin from chicken.
- Pull meat off chicken and chop into small pieces and place in a bowl.
- In a frying pan, place butter and onion. Sauté until translucent.
- Place onion and remaining ingredients in the bowl with the chicken. Mix until well blended.
Notes
Serve on your favorite bread. Add a slice of really good extra sharp cheddar cheese to make it special.
