pine nuts
toasted
1 1/2
cups
sugar
Instructions
Caramelize sugar and water until they turn a deep brown color. Add pine nuts and spread evenly on a nonstick pan. Let cool and break into pieces. If desired, melt 3 tablespoons of chocolate chips and drizzle over brittle.
