Southwestern Taco Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans spicy refried beans
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 3 Tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 2 avocados peeled and diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup jalapeƱos diced
  • 4 seeded tomatoes diced
  • 1 medium sweet onion diced
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Layer the refried beans on bottom of a glass bowl.
  • Mix sour cream and taco seasoning together and place mixture on top of the beans.
  • Add the avocado on top of the sour cream mixture.
  • Combine 3 chopped tomatoes, onion and salt and pepper, on top of the chopped avocado.
  • Top the dip with cheddar cheese (keep the avocado from turning, by drizzling a little lime juice on top.)
  • Garnish with the chopped tomatoes and jalapeƱos.
  • Enjoy with your favorite chips.
