Southwestern Taco Dip
Ingredients
- 2 cans spicy refried beans
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 3 Tablespoons taco seasoning
- 2 avocados peeled and diced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup jalapeños diced
- 4 seeded tomatoes diced
- 1 medium sweet onion diced
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Layer the refried beans on bottom of a glass bowl.
- Mix sour cream and taco seasoning together and place mixture on top of the beans.
- Add the avocado on top of the sour cream mixture.
- Combine 3 chopped tomatoes, onion and salt and pepper, on top of the chopped avocado.
- Top the dip with cheddar cheese (keep the avocado from turning, by drizzling a little lime juice on top.)
- Garnish with the chopped tomatoes and jalapeños.
- Enjoy with your favorite chips.
