The Music on the Square series is back with blues harmonica legend Phil Wiggins, a National Heritage Fellow who lives in Takoma Park. He is best known as half of the celebrated Piedmont blues acoustic duo Cephas & Wiggins with guitarist John Cephas, who passed away in 2009.

Music on the Square is a roots music series at Church on the Square, located in the Canton neighborhood of Baltimore. This year’s series will feature an array of the area’s finest musicians. Each artist is deeply rooted in one of the many musical traditions alive here in Baltimore.
