Join the American Heart Association on Saturday, May 4, at the Greater Maryland Heart Ball to celebrate the AHA’s centennial. The gala, from 6 to 9 p.m. will be held at M&T Bank Exchange, 12 North Eutaw Street. Guests can expect an upscale experience that will include silent and live auctions, passed hors d’oeuvres and various food stations. Dress is business to cocktail attire. The program will feature recognition of the 2024 Watkins-Saunders Award Recipient, the fundraising efforts of the AHA’s 2023 class of Leaders of Impact, and an inspiring story from a local survivor.
