‘Falsettos’ Presented by Maryland Theatre Collective
Catch the final performances of the musical “Falsettos,” presented this weekend by the Maryland Theatre Collective.
From a book by William Finn and James Lapine (with music and lyrics by Finn), “Falsettos” is about a Jewish family in the 1980s in which the father leaves his wife to be with his male lover. The second act explores family dynamics during the planning of the son’s bar mitzvah.
The MTC’s production of “Falsettos” is directed by Rachel Sandler and will be presented at the Chesapeake Arts Center 194 Hammonds Lane, Brooklyn Park Maryland.
