Federation of Jewish Women’s Organizations to Hold Annual Conference
The Federation of Jewish Women’s Organizations of Maryland will hold its 109th annual convention at Baltimore Hebrew Congregation, 7401 Park Heights Avenue in Pikesville.
The morning session will be a business meeting and the presentation of the E.B. Hirsh Lifetime Achievement Award to community leader Nancy Kohn Rabin.
The afternoon session will feature a catered lunch by the Knish Shop. The keynote speaker is Katie Curran O’Malley, chief executive officer of the Women’s Law Center of Maryland. She will speak on the theme “Legal Aspects Affecting the Future of Women.”
There will also be the presentation of “A Woman Who Plans for the Future” awards honoring members from each of the federation’s constituent organizations.
