The Pride Center of Maryland will hold its grand opening event from noon to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 9, a celebration of unity, empowerment and community transformation. The event, at 2418 St. Paul Street, will feature a blend of inspiration, cultural expression and celebration. Among the guests will be Cleo Manago, visionary CEO of The Pride Center of Maryland, Brandon Scott, mayor of Baltimore, and Wes Moore, governor of Maryland. As the focal point of the event, the symbolic ribbon-cutting ceremony will mark the commencement of a journey toward building a more diverse and inclusive community. A range of captivating performances will showcase the vibrant talents within our community, creating a mosaic of unity and belonging.
