Rabbi Bob Alper to Perform at Ner Tamid Synagogue
Veteran stand-up comedian Rabbi Bob Alper will perform at Ner Tamid Greenspring Valley Synagogue on Sunday, Jan. 28, from 7-11 p.m.
A native of Providence, Rhode Island, who now lives in rural Vermont, Rabbi Alper has appeared on “The Tamron Hall Show,” “The Early Show,” “The Today Show,” “Good Morning America” and “Extra,” as well as on CNN, Showtime and the BBC.
He is the author of three books: “Thanks. I Needed That,” “Life Doesn’t Get Any Better Than This: The Holiness of Little Daily Dramas” and the cartoon book, “A Rabbi Confesses.” He has produced two comedy CDs.
