Enjoy an outdoor 60-minute yoga session (all levels) instructed by The Mine’s Sidney Nelson (@solar.flows) and music on the upper deck of our garage!
Then refuel and unwind with breakfast bites from Gundalow Gourmet and The Gourmet at Kenilworth, sips from Mucho Gusto Towson, and coffee from Atwater’s.
Proceeds benefit Show Your Soft Side and BARCS.
