The Power of Now Session 2: Reduce Stress and Improve Well Being With Mindfulness
Join members of the Ellicott City Jewish community for an introductory series on the practice of mindfulness. In this three-part series participants will learn mindfulness basics, the proven benefits of mindfulness, mindful meditation, and other mindfulness techniques. In our fast-paced world, finding moments of stillness, lowering anxiety and stress, and cultivating a mindful approach to life is essential. Our classes will provide a serene and nurturing space to guide you through mindfulness practices and help you start your journey to lead a more balanced and fulfilling existence.
Dates and times: Sunday, September 10 at 5 PM, Sunday, October 15 at 5 pm, and Sunday, October 22 at 5 pm.
The classes will be led by Marc Felsen, an experienced CMO and marketing executive, adjunct professor of marketing, and mindfulness practitioner.
