Unity Concert for Israel to be Held at Beth El Synagogue

Pikesville’s Beth El Congregation, 8101 Park Heights Ave., will host a community unity concert, “We Sing for Israel,” on Sunday, Nov. 19, at 2 p.m. The concert, which is being coordinated by Beth Israel’s Cantor Benjamin Matis, is aimed at building solidarity with Israel at the concert and raising funds for The Associated’s Israel Emergency Fund.
Appearing at the concert will be Cantor Matis, Cantor Alexandra Fox of Har Sinai-Oheb Shalom Congregation, Beth El’s Cantor Thom King and Cantor Melanie Blatt, Cantor Arianne Brown of Adas Israel in Washington, D.C., the Kolot HaLev Choir of Greater Washington, the HaZamir Baltimore Choir and the Kol Rinah Choir of Chizuk Amuno Congregation.
