  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 1/4 cup salted cashews
  • 1 tbs. toasted sesame oil
  • 1 lime juice only

Instructions
 

  • Steam asparagus until bright green and tender, about 5 minutes.
  • While the asparagus steams, toast cashews over medium heat until warm and fragrant, about 3 minutes.
  • Top asparagus with cashews, sesame oil and fresh lime juice.
  • Serve immediately.
