Ingredients
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 1/4 cup salted cashews
- 1 tbs. toasted sesame oil
- 1 lime juice only
Instructions
- Steam asparagus until bright green and tender, about 5 minutes.
- While the asparagus steams, toast cashews over medium heat until warm and fragrant, about 3 minutes.
- Top asparagus with cashews, sesame oil and fresh lime juice.
- Serve immediately.
