Leading the Way in the Treatment of Vein Disease.

Since performing its first procedure in 2007, Center for Vein Restoration (CVR) has become nationally recognized as a leader in the treatment of varicose and spider veins. “We treat any kind of vein issue, whether medical or cosmetic,” says Dr. Lawrence Starin, lead physician at the CVR location in Owings Mills.

The Center for Vein Restoration employs only the highest caliber vascular medicine specialists and medical staff in the profession. Each of the more than 75 Centers across the country offers a complete array of clinical procedures for the treatment of vein disease (also called chronic venous insufficiency) and specializes in an individualized approach that addresses the root causes of this serious medical condition.

Dr. Starin has been with the Center for Vein Restoration since 2014. He is a graduate of the College of Physicians and Surgeons at Columbia University, is Board-certified by the American Board of Surgery, and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He has consistently been honored by his peers by receiving “Top Doc” recognition in  Washingtonian and CheckBook magazines.

“Our objective at CVR is to provide patient-centered care that improves our patients’ appearance and quality of life,” says Dr. Starin.
