On Saturday, July 1, The Ivy Bookshop, at 5928 Falls Rd, will present a meet-and-greet from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. with author and artist Robin M.N. Jones for her new book, “Making Stained Glass Mosaics” (Stackpole Books). Drop by The Ivy’s front porch to ask Jones about this art form and watch a mosaic-making demo.

Jones has a bachelor of fine arts degree from Carnegie-Mellon University and a master of creative arts degree in therapy from Drexel University. She has worked as a licensed art therapist, art instructor and artist for almost 40 years.
