In addition, he worked for nearly 29 years at the Social Security Administration in Baltimore. He and his family lived in Baltimore for more than a half-century.
“Stan’s drive to contribute toward the betterment of society was evident in both his professional and personal life,” his family posted. “For many years, he held leadership positions in B’nai B’rith. He volunteered with American Field Service and the Boy Scouts of America as an Eagle Scout alumnus.

“Stan and Isabel were members of Baltimore Hebrew Congregation for many years, where he was a longstanding member of the Brotherhood and served in other capacities, most notably the Social Action Committee.”
After retiring, the Levins volunteered at the National Aquarium and the Baltimore Visitor Center.
Among Stan Levin’s hobbies were theater, writing, traveling, magic and tennis.
He is survived by his sons, Robert (George Zolot) Levin and David (Becky) Levin; his grandson, Reese; and relatives and friends.
