Baltimore-based guitar virtuoso and songwriter Sam Farthing will perform with friends at a Gypsy Jazz concert at the Katz Music Center at Moses Montefiore Anshe Emunah Hebrew Congregation, 7000 Rockland Hills Drive in Greengate.

Farthing’s specialty is “Jazz Manouche,” the Django Reinhardt-inspired Gypsy Jazz tradition of 1930s Paris. Farthing has performed at festivals across the United States and Europe, bringing his dazzling playing to audiences around the world.
