Nine congregants of Pikesville’s Beth Tfiloh Synagogue, including Rabbi Chai Posner, recently traveled to Moldova to provide comfort and support to refugees from war-torn Ukraine during a five-day mission organized by Ari Mittleman and conducted through IsraAID.
