At a Nov. 4 ceremony, Mayor Brandon M. Scott unveiled “The Heart of Baltimore” sculpture at the University of Maryland Medical Center’s Gudelsky Entrance, a gift from Art with a Heart as part of the local nonprofit’s 20th anniversary celebration.
