Join the Jewish Museum of Maryland for a screening of the original film, “Synagogue Stories: A Tradition of Change on Lloyd Street.” The 36-minute documentary shares the voices of JMM professionals, docents and community leaders to illuminate the history of the Lloyd Street Synagogue and B’nai Israel Synagogue, both anchors of the Jonestown community. Immediately following the screening will be an interactive Q&A with the team behind the film, including cinematographer Richard Chisolm. Weather permitting, join the museum for a dessert and wine reception, plus a chance to schmooze, following the screening discussion. Kosher dietary laws will be observed.
