In her talk, actress and author Rain Pryor spoke about growing up black and Jewish in Hollywood as the daughter of comedy icon Richard Pryor, about finding a sense of community in Baltimore, and why she’s running for Baltimore City Council in the 3rd District. She also entertained attendees during a lively question-and-answer session.

Guests enjoyed meaningful networking, great atmosphere, and delicious food and drinks. Sponsors of the event included Nemphos Braue LLC attorneys-at-law, the Perlow Home Team, the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Program at CCBC, and Enradius.
