The Food Enthusiast with Guest Chef John Shields

On this week’s episode of “The Food Enthusiast,” Dara Bunjon talks with Baltimore native, PBS cooking show host, author and restaurateur Chef John Shields of Gertrude’s Chesapeake Kitchen in the Baltimore Museum of Art about how his time in Berkeley in the 80’s influenced his passion for locally sourced food and more.

Gertrude’s is currently closed, but you can purchase a gift certificate or cookbook, and 100 percent of sales will go toward supporting their employees during the shutdown.

Today’s show is sponsored by Meals on Wheels of Central Maryland.
