Gefilte fish is an easy find at Passover. (Wikimedia Commons)

Here is a rather easy recipe for a sauce to drizzle over homemade or store-bought gefilte fish.

Have ready in the refrigerator and drizzle over each gefilte fish serving. Or use as a dip for matzoh sticks. Yum!
