The Complete Unknowns, a special project devoted to reinterpreting Bob Dylan’s songs, will perform in honor of the Bard of Hibbing’s 84th birthday. The group is comprised of five veteran musicians from the tight-knit Baltimore musical community, led by singer-songwriter Sam Nitzberg.
