  • Pepper
  • 1/2 cup panko
  • 2 Tablespoons sesame seeds

For Sauce:

  • 1 Tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon sriracha
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 lime, juice only

  • Mix the panko with the sesame seeds and place on a flat plate.
  • Dip each portion of the salmon in the sauce on both sides and immediately move it to the plate with the panko crumbs. Press the fish down so it is covered with the panko all over. Do the same to the rest of the fish.
  • Place the salmon on a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
  • If you have left over sauce or crumbs, drizzle the sauce on the salmon and sprinkle the leftover crumbs on top.
