To celebrate the grand opening of its Myerberg Stage at the Greenwald Amphitheater, the Pearlstone Retreat Center & Campus in Reisterstown held the “Harvest Music Festival” last Sunday, Oct. 19, from 1 to 7 p.m.
Jmore and WYPR-88.1 FM were media co-sponsors of the event.

Besides a slew of local bands, the concert featured Pearlstone’s “Sundays on the Farm” programming with hands-on activities, educational tours, face-painting, smoothies and ziplining over the lake.
Food was available for purchase at the event, and attendees were encouraged to bring chairs and picnic blankets to enjoy the festival.
In addition to the amphitheater launch with Baltimore-based DJ Balagan, the festival’s lineup featured such local musical groups as Nachamu, Phoam, Nuke the Soup, Paladia, Wharf Rats and the Pearlstone Family Band.

The festival was supported by the Meyerhoff New Jewish Family Innovation Fund, an endowment fund of The Associated: Jewish Federation of Baltimore.
