Join runners, walkers, survivors, families, and supporters from across the region for the 18th annual Maryland Half Marathon & 5K on Saturday, June 6, 2026, at Maple Lawn in Fulton, Maryland. This inspiring community event brings people together to celebrate, honor, and remember those impacted by cancer while supporting lifesaving research and patient care.

Participants can choose between the scenic Half Marathon or the 5K Run/Walk, with courses designed for all experience levels—from seasoned runners chasing a personal best to first-time participants walking in support of loved ones. Whether you participate individually or as part of a team, your fundraising helps advance progress in the fight against cancer.

Proceeds benefit the University of Maryland Marlene and Stewart Greenebaum Comprehensive Cancer Center (UMGCCC), supporting translational cancer research, expanded access to clinical trials, and prevention and screening programs across Maryland.

All registered participants will receive an official race T-shirt, finisher medal, post-race celebration access, and a finish-line photo.
