Innovation Rooted in Tradition: Beth Tfiloh at 100

As we celebrate Beth Tfiloh’s centennial, we will reflect on the historical context that created the fertile soil in which Beth Tfiloh was able to grow and flourish. From nineteenth century Germany to early twenty-first century America, Dr. Laura Shaw-Frank, director, Contemporary Jewish Life at the American Jewish Committee, will examine the historical circumstances that contributed to the development of Modern Orthodoxy in America, using Beth Tfiloh as our case study.
