Dogfest Returns — Time to Paw-ty
Join the Baltimore Humane Society for the annual DogFest event presented by Best Friends Fur Ever! Come have a fun day with your canine pal and show your support for the shelter animals at the Baltimore Humane Society in Reisterstown on Saturday, Sept. 13, from 11 am to 4 pm (with a rain date of Sunday, Sept. 21.)
It’s a tail-wagging good time for the whole family, including four-legged canine friends! Your ticket supports our shelter animals in need on Baltimore Humane Society’s spacious property.
Throughout the day, you can expect a full day of activities. Your pup can dive into the fun with activities like:
• 20-Yard Dash
• Tetherball
• Dog Bowling
• Paw Painting
Fur-bulous contests like Best Costume, Catch the Treat, Best Pet Trick, and Pet & Owner Look-a-Like. There’s something for every dog and owner to enjoy and participate in!
Let your dogs splash around in our Dippin’ Dogs pool area, and showcase their skills in our agility and lure courses!
Enjoy Best Friends Fur Ever Canine Cabana Takeover-Think toys and splash pads!
AKC Canine Good Citizen testing – showcase your dog’s good social manners and they can earn a title.

• Chrissy Joy and her Bone-A-Fied Talent Group! Her and the dogs previously performed on “America’s Got Talent.” Don’t miss this high-energy, trick-filled canine show!

Got kiddos in tow? They’ll have a blast at the Kids Kennel with pet-themed crafts, face painting, games, and even a bounce house!
Want delicious food? We’ve got you covered with tasty bites from food trucks, enjoy music from a live band, and paws-itively awesome shopping at our vendor marketplace!
