The Ignite Career Center of Jewish Community Services will present a free workshop with David Shar, president and founder of Illuminate PMC, to talk about “Reigniting Passion: Infusing Meaning & Preventing Burnout In A Post-Pandemic World.” The virtual presentation will explore the changing employee attitudes toward work and  actionable strategies and tactics for reigniting sustainable employee passion within organizations.

Shar is a senior certified professional and an adjunct professor at the University of Maryland’s Industrial/Organizational Psychology Master’s Program.
