Ingredients
- 6 lamb chops
- 34 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp. garam masala
- 1 tsp. turmeric
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
Instructions
- Combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice and all other seasonings and place in a food safe bag.
- Marinate for one hour in refrigerator.
- Heat grill to 400°F. Cut chops down to four cuts leaving as double chops. Grill for 5-6 minutes
