Pit Barrel Poultry Pop-Up at Suburban Orthodox on Mar. 8

The Pit Barrel Poultry Company will hold a pop-up event at Suburban Orthodox Congregation Toras Chaim, 7504 Seven Mile Lane in Pikesville.
Based in Kemp Mill/Silver Spring, the Pit Barrell Poultry Company serves kosher applewood smoked chicken in the original pit barrel, along with spices, sauces and merchandise.
Owned by Maryland native and resident Zev Zalman “Z.Z.” Ludwick, the Pit Barrel Poultry Company operates under the kosher supervision of The Vaad HaRabbanim of Greater Washington and is licensed under the Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services.
