Every year, the event features hundreds of teams from across the state that join together to celebrate and honor the lives of donors and transplant recipients, recognize the generosity of donors and their families, and raise awareness for organ, eye and tissue donation.

Participants have the opportunity to attend either virtually or in person at M&T Bank Stadium marking its return to the Baltimore venue for the first time since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. Virtual participants can walk or run wherever they choose and visit The LLF’s Facebook and YouTube channels to engage with content from home, such as live streamed portions of the race day festivities and picture posting contests.
